I still remember the days when my mother lovingly prepared Panjiri for our family. It was more than just a snack; it was a cherished tradition filled with warmth, flavor, and affection. Whether enjoyed with a cup of tea or shared with loved ones, every bite carried the taste of home.

When I became a mother myself, my mother continued this beautiful tradition by making Panjiri for me. Her care and the nourishment she prepared with her own hands became memories I would treasure forever. Those moments inspired me to carry forward the recipes and traditions that had been passed down through our family.

Over the years, I learned to prepare traditional favorites like Panjiri, Alsi Pinniyan, and Chawal Pinniyan, bringing the same love and attention to every recipe. As my children grew, these homemade delicacies became a special part of our family life. Later, when my daughter became a mother, I had the joy of making Panjiri for her — just as my mother had done for me.

It was then that my children encouraged me to share these treasured recipes with other families. They believed that the taste, quality, and care behind our traditional foods deserved to reach beyond our own home. Their encouragement planted the seed that would eventually grow into Hygiea Naturals.
